Week 4: Ups and Downs

 

A got it done this week, picking up her first win of the season, whereas N struggled mightily and drops to 1-3 on the season.

N: Zay Flowers and the Steelers defense didn't help much as they combined for 7 total points, but the rest of my team played alright. It wasn't enough to beat my grandpa, who's star players of Jayden Daniels and Stefon Diggs balled out. Overall, it just wasn't my week, especially when the Eagles have an off week.

A: DUBBBBBBB! First of the season! I earned a similar score to last week, but this time I was actually playing someone. The final score was 145-108...did I dominate or what? Led by Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Brian Thomas Jr., my team thrived this week. This is all without Christian Watson, who got injured 5 minutes into the Packers game. I am quite content with my team and I'm excited for the rest of the season.

N: Next week I play my cousin, who is a solid 2-2 and whose team is led by De'Von Achane and Ja'Marr Chase. It's the dreaded week 5, which takes out 5 of my best players due to bye, including 4 starters. I'm going to have to make some good free-agency pickups to be able to put up any sort of a fight this week.

A: I am facing my 2-1 cousin next week, whose team features Baker Mayfield, Kyren Williams, and the Broncos defense. I am projected to win, despite Christian Watson and Bijan Robinson both being listed as questionable. Luckily the bye weeks haven't affected me yet. Looking forward to (maybe) another win!
