Week 6: Winner Winner(s) Chicken Dinner
For the first time all season, both A and N won their fantasy matchups! A dominated against our grandpa with a 174-124 score and N beat our uncle 136-109.
A: My team looked amazing this week. Five of my players scored 20+ points, with two of them scoring 30+. I made the right decision with the Texans defense, and Chris Godwin played an insane game with 2 TDs to earn 36 points. I had all the right players in the game except my quarterback. I chose to play Lamar Jackson because he has been very consistent this far. However, Caleb Williams outscored him by 15 points (36 points for Williams vs 21 for Jackson). Williams has been getting better each week and may be a player for me to look into.
N: My team played all-around well this week, scoring 136 points with nobody scoring 30 or more. My team was highlighted by Hurts and Flowers, who both had one of their best weeks of the year. With Aaron Jones on bye, his replacement, Rico Dowdle, played decently, scoring 10. My opponent's team couldn't compete with mine, with 3 of his players scoring under 10.
A: Next week I am playing my 2-4 cousin, who I am currently projected to beat. I don’t think I’ll be making any major changes to my lineup, as Williams has a bye. I am looking forward to a tough competition!
N: Next week I play my 2-3 cousin, who's team is led by Nabers and Breece Hall. I am projected to lose by 2, meaning it will be a close battle. My team is healthy and without byes, so there is no excuse if I lose.
Fingers crossed for similar results next week!
