Week 10: A Loss and a What???
A - I am devastated. Lamar Jackson, Bijan Robinson, and the Chiefs defense gave it their all, but nothing could come close to Ja'Marr Chase's 57-point game. The rest of my team was not great, to be fair. DeVonta Smith and Brian Thomas Jr. did not touch the ball much. Dalton Kincaid left the field before halftime due to a knee injury. However, my bench did not do any better, with four of them out due to injuries or byes. My team may require some remodeling.
N - I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad about this tie. A few more yards from Saquon Barkley could've propelled me to 5-4, however 1 less interception from Josh Allen and I drop to 4-5. Against the best team in the league, a draw is nothing to really complain about. Jalen Hurts continues to carry my team, being the only non-defensive player to score above 12. Diontae Johnson will officially be benched permanently, barely even playing any snaps on this Baltimore Ravens team.
A - I'm feeling good about beating N and about the Eagles winning! Eagles-Commanders should be a great game to watch, and N and I's matchup should be one for the history books. Lamar and Derrick Henry are taking on the Steelers together, the Texans defense is facing the quarterback-less Cowboys, and Thomas Jr. and Evan Engram will dominate against the subpar Lions. Looking forward to watching N get sadder by the minute.
N - Next week is the week we've all been waiting for, N vs A. With only a few more weeks left in the regular season, this is a huge turning point for both teams, with both A and I fighting hard to make the playoffs. As you know, A's loser team is led by Lamar Jackson, who won't stop putting up 40 for her. I'll need Jalen Hurts to go toe-to-toe with Lamar if I want to have a chance to win.
See you all next week for the results of this riveting matchup!
